The NAPCNT Board of Directors has recently approved an enhancement of the dues structure that encourages incoming Plebe and Napster families to pre-pay their entire annual NAPCNT dues up-front at the beginning of the students first year.  If this option is exercised, the total cost of NAPCNT membership over the four-year or five-year (whichever applies to you) period at the Naval Academy is reduced to $150/4 years, $200/5years for Napsters. Annual membership is $50/year if you choose to pay annually. This is like getting a whole year for free!

A refund policy is in effect to address situations in which the Midshipman separates from the Naval Academy prior to completing their four-year term of study, or if he/she takes a sabbatical that extends their term past the traditional four years.

Updated membership applications are now posted on the NAPCNT website to reflect this change to membership payments.
